Fellow Stagg EKG Pro

A premium kettle whose real product is repeatability: precise temperature, controlled flow and enough automation to remove friction without automating the coffee itself.

Fellow Stagg EKG Pro electric gooseneck kettle

Stagg EKG Pro takes the familiar gooseneck kettle and adds exact temperature control, brew scheduling, hold functions and software-driven settings while retaining the slow precision pour that made the original useful for pour-over coffee.

Precision only matters if you use it

A basic electric kettle boils water faster and for far less money. Stagg earns its premium only when brew temperature and pour rate are variables you consciously manage several times a week.

The Row

Best for regular pour-over drinkers

The premium is attached to the job rather than ornament: water temperature, flow control and repeatability. Tea drinkers and casual coffee households should spend less.

The catch

The 0.9-liter capacity is small for household boiling, some components remain plastic, and software features do not make the water itself better. Ergonomics and pour feel remain hands-on judgments.
