Magico M9
$750,000 a pair. Two thousand pounds of carbon fiber, aluminum honeycomb, graphene and ambition before the amplifiers arrive.

The M9 is what happens when a loudspeaker company removes almost every normal cost constraint. Each 80-inch cabinet weighs 1,000 pounds and uses carbon-fiber skins over an aluminum-honeycomb core, with diamond-coated beryllium, graphene composite cones and an external active crossover handling the lowest transition.
The evidence sheet
Engineering without a normal budget
This is not a rational alternative to a $20,000 loudspeaker. It is a laboratory exercise turned into furniture: expensive materials, enormous structures and obsessive resonance control pursued until the price becomes an output rather than a constraint.
Admire
If a $25,000 pair of speakers ever needed help looking like a bargain, here it is.
The catch
The speakers alone require the square footage, structural confidence and amplification budget of a serious listening room. “Pair price” is merely the beginning of the system.
Independent perspective: The Absolute Sound extended listening.
Price and technical specifications are manufacturer-stated and may change. Row & Ledger has not auditioned the M9.
