Plunge All-In Gen 2
Cold exposure turned into a piece of permanent home infrastructure: integrated chiller, filtration, sanitation and app control in one tub.

The All-In is interesting because it removes most of the improvised-system feeling from home cold plunging. Plunge integrates the chiller, filtration, ozone sanitation and controls into the tub itself, with cooling to 37°F and smartphone control.
It is also a useful premium test. The expensive part is not cold water; it is making cold water available on demand, clean, controlled and visually acceptable enough to leave installed.
What we know
What does the premium buy?
The rational baseline is a much cheaper tub, ice or basic chiller setup. All-In's premium buys integrated chilling, filtration, ozone sanitation, app control and a permanent finished installation that can make the ritual available on demand. The economics depend on whether convenience materially changes adherence.
Only when convenience changes adherence
For a frequent user, removing setup, water-quality and temperature friction can be the entire value proposition. For an occasional cold-plunge habit, this is far too much infrastructure.
The catch
This is a large, expensive, maintenance-bearing appliance for a ritual that can be replicated much more cheaply. The rational case depends on frequency of use and whether convenience materially changes adherence.
