Therabody JetBoots PRO Plus
Recovery boots that remove the external pump and add vibration plus infrared LED to pneumatic compression.

Why it matters
Removing hoses changes adherence more plausibly than adding another recovery claim. Equipment that is easier to put on may be used more consistently, particularly during travel or compressed training schedules. Infrared and vibration are less settled reasons to pay. The cleaner editorial case is convenience around a familiar compression ritual, not a promise that stacked modalities produce proportionally better recovery.
The evidence sheet
Cleaner recovery hardware
The real design improvement is eliminating the central control box and hoses. Everything needed to run a session lives in the boots themselves.
Consider for high-frequency training
The convenience is meaningful for athletes who actually use compression several times a week; otherwise this is a very expensive ritual.
The catch
Therabody cites favorable clinical and perceptual outcomes, but recovery benefits vary and do not turn compression into a substitute for sleep, nutrition or sensible training load.
