Therabody SmartGoggles 2nd Gen
A blackout eye mask turned into a powered relaxation device: heat, compression and vibration for people who want a repeatable off-switch.

SmartGoggles 2nd Gen combine a blackout design with compression, heat and vibration, plus a biometric sensor used to personalize one of the routines around heart rate. Therabody lists a three-hour battery and a 13.7-ounce weight.
The evidence sheet
What does $220 buy beyond a blackout mask?
A passive mask solves light for a fraction of the cost. The premium buys active pressure, warmth, vibration and a guided ritual. That only has economic value if those additions materially help you disengage often enough to keep using them.
Skip for most
This is coherent specialist hardware, but the problem it solves is narrow and many of its claimed benefits remain experience-dependent. Buy only if active eye-area relaxation is already a routine you value.
The catch
At nearly 14 ounces, this is much heavier than a normal eye mask, and comfort is impossible to underwrite from specifications. Row & Ledger does not treat manufacturer wellness claims as medical evidence.
Pricing, dimensions, battery and feature descriptions are manufacturer-stated and may change. Row & Ledger has not physically tested comfort or recovery effects and makes no medical claims.
