WHOOP MG
A recovery wearable that keeps the screen out of the relationship.

WHOOP remains unusual because the hardware is almost deliberately anonymous. There is no watch face to manage. The product is the continuous data layer: sleep, strain, recovery and longer-horizon health signals, with MG adding ECG and cardiovascular features on top.
The evidence sheet
The absence of a screen is the design feature
Most wearables ask for attention while claiming to improve health. WHOOP's stronger idea is that the device should disappear and the interpretation should happen when you choose to open the app.
Best when you will use the data
Continuous measurement is valuable only when it changes behavior. For athletes and recovery-minded users who actually adjust sleep, training and alcohol around the signal, WHOOP can earn the subscription.
The catch
The recurring membership is the real purchase. Health metrics are not a substitute for clinical evaluation, and more data can become more noise if you do not know what decisions it is meant to change.
