Granola
A meeting notepad that combines your own fragments with captured conversation, then lets you revisit the notes afterward.

Granola captures device audio without adding a meeting bot. Its published workflow combines the conversation with notes you type, then lets you search and ask questions across meetings. It is available for macOS, Windows, iOS and Android. The useful question is whether those notes improve your follow-through.
The evidence sheet
Less meeting software in the meeting
The free Basic plan offers limited meeting history. Business adds unlimited history and broader integrations, including MCP connections to other AI apps. Start with a few ordinary meetings and check the resulting notes before paying for a larger archive.
Try it against your own notes
Worth trying if you regularly lose decisions and follow-ups across a crowded calendar. It is less compelling when short handwritten notes already serve you well. More captured conversation only helps if you return to it.
The catch
Meeting capture still has privacy and consent implications, and AI-generated notes should not be treated as an authoritative record without review.
Independent perspective: Undercorrect daily-use review.
